Ms. Bender's passion is for developing quality resources that help make a difference with "real-life" solutions. To meet those goals, she's the President of Bender Consulting and editor of BlueSuitMom.com.

Ms. Bender brings a vast range of Internet strategy, creativity, web design and technology experience to Bender Consulting. Ms. Bender was the 2006-2007 president for the Fort Lauderdale/Broward County chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners. She currently serves on the National NAWBO Nominating Committee. She was the Communications Chair for the 2008 Go for the Greens conference at Disney.

Prior to starting Bender Consulting, Ms. Bender co-founded BlueSuitMom.com, Mom Talk Radio and BSM Media. She also worked at Cox Interactive Media/Palm Beach Post and New River Technologies.

Ms. Bender graduated from UF with a Bachelor's in Journalism in 1998. While at UF she held several positions at the Alligator, the largest student newspaper in the country.

Rachael lives in South Florida with her husband, daughter, 4 cats and iguana. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening and working out.
